For my final project of my UX/UI Bootcamp, my friends and I created a new feature for Duolingo that utilizes A.I., we named him Lingo! We wanted to integrate Lingo as a personalized language coach for users. It would be able to have real-world-like conversations, be able to correct a user's pronunciation and allow the user to ask important questions about culture and language.
Above we have some prototypes we built out to give you an idea of how Lingo works. The user is using the Duolingo application as normal but now the user can select the A.I. I button to bring up Lingo. Lingo shares what he has to offer the user and the kind of questions the user can ask him.
As the final portion of our project, we created a landing page for Lingo. The purpose of this is to show a new user what is so great about Duolingo and Lingo. We found PNGs of Duolingos branding app interface. We really wanted to sell the idea of this being a realistic feature of Duolingo.
