In college, I was challenged with the task to make an 'artist book'. I am passionate about landscapes and nature so I chose to make my book very tree and nature-focused. The front and back cover is real wood pieces and I burnt the outsides of each page to represent wildfires and climate change.
I found old art and news articles online and made collages of them in Photoshop to create each page. Lastly used some twine to bind the book together with a rustic outdoorsy feel.
